General Terms and conditions:
Drymades Travel and Tours is part of Albania Travelnet Shpk which is a Ltd company registered in Tirana Albania and is licensed from the Albanian Ministry of Tourism as a Tour Operator.
Tour’s service’s Conditions
The price of the tour and detailed information regarding what is included and not included in the price will be given when booking your tour.
All detailed information regarding the program of the tour, the price of the tour and the cancellation policy will be given in the your tour contract which you will receive when booking the tour. Single travel supplement applies for single travelers.
2. Payment Process
In order to confirm your reservation, 25% – 30% reservation deposit is required. The balance is due on the day of your arrival or prior to commencement of your tour. Payment can be made in cash, by bank draft, wire transfer or major credit card via Paypal (subject to a 4% processing fee). All prices are quoted in Euro. All payments will be in Euro.
3. The Contract
Immediately after receipt of enquiry, you will be sent complete information regarding reservation and payments, together with a proposal that will include a detailed itinerary and other information regarding the services to be provided will be given in your tour or service contract.
Both the contract and the Voucher and the Final Itinerary Proposal will constitute a legal contract with Albania TravelNet.Ltd.
In the event of cancellation of any part of your tour, communication must be provided by email followed by our written confirmation.
Any money owed by Albania TravelNet to clients because of a refund, will be processed within 30 days following the initial cancellation. Refunds will be processed to your bank account.
6. Change Requests
We will try to accommodate all reasonable requested changes. Change requests can be arranged up to 30 days prior to your tour commencement date.
The traveler will pay the price difference if a there is a price difference due to the change. In case of a lower new price, the difference will be calculated on the difference to be paid to Albania Travelnet.
Our vehicles are insured to International standards.In the event of a vehicle breakdown, no refund will be applied for the time lost. However, we will do everything in our power to ensure that this does not happen. Our vehicles are maintained to national annual car testing standards.
8. Travel Insurance
No travel insurance is included in the price of the tour. We strongly suggest all our guests to arrange for travel insurance in their place of origine, prior to arriving in Albania. We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings and equipment, personal injury and illness.
Albania TravelNet Ltd contracts with independent contractors in securing and booking the services provided for our tours and we are not responsible for any negligence and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives.
Albania TravelNet Ltd gives notice that in issuing coupons, vouchers or tickets for travel conveyance or transport by any means, and in making arrangements for hotels or other accommodations, we are acting not as principals but only as agents for the companies, corporations or persons providing or offering their service.
Albania TravelNet Ltd is not responsible or liable, with respect to person or property, for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity however sustained or suffered during any trip or tour arranged by them.
Flight and other travel arrangements prior to commencement of the tour are the responsibility of the client and are subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier.
Any disclaimer is subject to Albanian law, and excludes the provisions of international law. Any dispute arising in connection or not with this disclaimer shall be submitted and processed by the jurisdiction of the competent court in Tirana, Albania only.

We will also use the personal data users provide to us to contact the user from time to time with critical user or service updates, and to send other messages that are integral to the service we provide on the Site. If you have an account on the Site, we must always be able to e-mail you operational information about your account and your use of our services.
Your personal information is not shared with third parties, except for the purpose of performing this Agreement.
In the event that we or the Site are acquired by a third party, your personal information may be transferred to any such acquirer.
Traveller users of the Site will be given the option to receive our “Traveller” newsletter when they registered with us. Users may cancel their subscription to these newsletters at any time.
Site users may send enquiries to us via a clickable links on Site listings. If you choose to send an enquiry through these links, your personal information, including your e-mail address and any other information you supply, will be visible by us. If you call us, you may be asked to leave a return telephone number. Do not share information in the e-mail or phone call that you are not prepared to allow us to have, including, but not limited to, credit card and bank account information. The resulting enquiry is available for review only by our customer service employees, who may be asked by members for their past enquiry information. The content of these enquiries is not shared with any other party.
8. How Do We Protect Your Personal Information once we have it?
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to guard against unauthorised or unlawful processing of your personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, your personal data. While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures implemented by our site reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved. We have security measures in place to protect our user database and access to this database is restricted internally. However, it remains each user’s responsibility:
1.to protect against unauthorised access to your use of the Site;
2.to ensure no-one else uses the Site while the user’s machine is “logged on” to the Site service;
3.to log off or exit from the Site when not using it; and
4.where relevant, to keep his/her access information secret.

WE DO NOT PROCESS CREDIT CARDS DIRECTLY, SO WE DO NOT ASK OR REQUIRE YOUR CREDIT CARDS DETAILS.

We proceed all our credit cards payment via Paypal online secure payments service and Paypal bares any responsibility for processing your payments and protecting your credit cards details and information.
